Investor Education Network Groups. Special interest walk-in Education Network Groups, which relate to specific topics or types of real estate investing including , new investors, women investors, lease-option, landlord, commercial, pre-foreclosure are available. Members can also apply to participate in geographically located and special interest Education Network Groups of experienced and novice investors who network monthly to share knowledge, discuss problems, stay motivated, and relate experiences.
Business Center / Library /. As a service to our members, GaREIA provides computers for members to use for online access; magazines and books to read at GaREIA headquarters.
Monthly Meetings. GaREIA’s monthly meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. Members are required to present their membership card. You are welcome to attend monthly meetings as a non-member guest for a nominal fee. Members and guests are invited to attend the exhibits by Business Associates beginning at 5:00 pm. Our main speakers are various local and national guest lecturers. (The real estate marketing session is open to members only and is available for properties personally owned or controlled by the individual.)
Business Associate Directory. GaREIA has many Business Associate members who offer a wide variety of products and services that meet the investor’s needs. The directory available online, includes a description of services and contact information.
Website. The GaREIA website (www.gareia.org) is a primary link to members and the Association. Information is regularly updated and continually improving. Visit the website for information on our Business Associates, Calendar, Membership, Message Boards, Education Network Groups and Volunteering.
Credit Union Membership. Members of GaREIA can become members of the Southern Federal Credit Union. To become a credit union member, you only need to provide your GaREIA member number.
Lending Library. Members may check out up to two items from the GaREIA library for a two-week period.
Volunteer Program. Volunteers, a valuable resource for GaREIA, are GaREIA members who are utilized at general meetings, Education Network Groups meetings, seminars,, office support, conventions, and serving on board committees.
Chapters. GaREIA has established membership chapters throughout Georgia, bringing education and programming to these areas. GaREIA chapters are in Athens, Columbus, Macon and Savannah, Ga. If you are interested in establishing a GaREIA chapter in your area, please contact the Executive Director.
Notary Public. This service is provided for a nominal fee at GaREIA Headquarters.
